Our mission is to empower women ages 18–65 to live strong, supported, and successful lives through accessible health education, mental wellness support, and fitness programs. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive community where women can improve their physical strength, emotional resilience, and overall well-being while gaining the tools they need to thrive.

Leadership

Education Program Director

Ashleigh Valero MA, is an experienced higher education professional with over 15 years of experience working at colleges and universities, coordinating educational programs, and supporting students and faculty through counseling, guidance, and student success initiatives. She is passionate about empowering women through education, personal growth, and community-based support, and is especially committed to creating learning experiences that are practical, encouraging, and transformative. With a strong background in education and a heart for service, she strives to help women build confidence, wellness, and purpose in both their personal and professional lives. Education is the key to making the world a better place.

Current Board of Directors

Natassia Wilkes

Natassia is a native of Augusta, Georgia. Employing both an academic and athletic scholarship, Natassia acquired a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina.   Knowing that helping others was her passion, after graduating with an undergraduate degree, Natassia decided to further her education by attaining a Masters in Pathologists’ Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science located in Chicago, Illinois. Since she has dedicated over 15 years working alongside pathologists to help diagnose diseases, uncover the causes of illness, and support accurate patient care through advanced laboratory analysis.

In addition, Natassia has  “paid it forward” by mentoring and coaching women athletes for multiple travel softball teams as well as on the collegiate level. Throughout her coaching career, she emphasized not only on the field excellence , but encouraged young women to recognize that success in the classroom is the foundation for future opportunities.
